Do you ever find yourself missing the thoughtful curriculum and engaging sessions from your Obama Foundation program? Do you want to grow as a leader and build new supportive relationships in an intimate environment, to help motivate and sustain yourself and your work? And can you commit 1-2 hours a week for 8 weeks (between Oct 12 - Dec 4) to invest in yourself and others? Then sign up today for our annual Obama Leadership Network Peer Groups!

Each year, the Obama Leadership Network matches members into small, cross-cohort groups that meet for 8 weeks to help deepen your leadership and grow your “kitchen table” of supportive colleagues and friends on your ongoing values-based leadership journey. Peer Groups are inspired by Community Groups, Leadership Circles, and similar small groups that many of you may have participated in during your cohort programs.

By choosing to join a 2026 OLN Peer Group, you will:

• Get matched to a small group of about 6 total Obama leaders in a similar stage of life and leadership (and similar time zones!), yet with diverse backgrounds

• Strengthen your self-awareness, tools, and skills for Leading Self, Together and Change 

• Explore myriad resources from the Hope to Action framework and beyond, via a rich Discussion Guide with step-by-step guidance for each week 

• Take a real pause from your everyday busyness for deeper reflection and connection 

• Develop new relationships to support your ongoing impact

• Commit to attend and be fully present in 1 hour meetings weekly for a short period (8 total weeks), with an alternating facilitator from the group each week, to invest in yourself and peers
